Payment evidence, organized
Every payment deserves to be recognized.
Between a payment being made and that payment being recognized by the organization that received it, there is a gap. Resenda closes it by giving payment evidence a destination, an identity, a workflow and a history.
How it works
- 01SubmitThe person who paid submits their payment evidence to the organization's Resenda page.
- 02IdentifyThe submission becomes a Financial Event with its own reference, such as RS-2026-000184.
- 03ReviewThe organization reviews the event and the evidence, and can ask for clarification.
- 04RecognizeThe organization recognizes the payment. The sender can see that it was recognized.
- 05RememberEvery step is kept in the event's history, so it can always be explained later.
What Resenda is not
Resenda is not a bank, a wallet or a payment gateway, and it does not move money. Uploaded evidence is evidence: Resenda records that an organization recognized a payment, not that a bank verified it.
